How to Access Services:
Persons wishing to receive treatment services should call
during office hours to make an appointment (individuals must
schedule an appointment for themselves). Crisis intervention
services are provided on a walk-in basis. Prevention and
education services should be scheduled in advance with the
prevention staff.
To Be Eligible For Services You Must: All clients
wishing to receive treatment for chemical dependency or
co-dependency will receive a full diagnostic assessment.
Treatment recommendations will be made based upon the
findings of this assessment. All services are provided on a
voluntary basis. Community education and prevention services
are provided to any school, church, club, organization or
business in Fairfield County.
Show Proof Of: Potential clients must show proof of
income by providing a minimum of two of their most recent
pay stubs to qualify for financial assistance for treatment
services. Federal eligibility guidelines are used to
determine sliding fee scale discounts. We will bill third
party insurance, when available. All persons needing
treatment are provided services, regardless of their ability
to pay.
Timeline/Waiting Period: Most persons in need of
treatment services are seen within two weeks of initial
telephone call. Crisis Intervention services are provided
immediately.
